IssuesAs the Pennsylvania General Assembly debates legislation and policy during the current 2007-2008 Legislative Session, it is very helpful to receive feedback from my constituents. By knowing your perspective on certain bills and issues, I believe that it helps me to better represent the 37th Senatorial District. the inclusion of members of the armed services of the U.S. and
members of the PA National Guard, their spouses, and their
children in the grading uses for crimes against other officers

changes the grade of the offense of impersonating a law
enforcement officer from a second degree misdemeanor to a third
degree felony. It also creates the offense of impersonating

keeping records or databases of firearms or of firearm owners
